There is a little dog named Daisy who loves to explore the outdoors. Daisy was always curious about the things she saw and heard, especially when it came to bumblebees! While walking in her garden around Daisy's home, Daisy noticed something buzzing around as it landed on mum's neatly kept garden full of beautiful plants and flowers like Mrs C had.

It was a giant yellow and black bee - a bumblebee! Queenie, She shouted! Is that you? Yes, Daisy, "I've come to pay you a visit"!!!

"Oh, goodie," said Daisy as she watched the Queenie fly from flower to flower, collecting nectar for her hive. Daisy found it fascinating that Queenie had found mum's house from the north coast.

Daisy decided to follow her and see what else she could learn. As Daisy followed Queenie through the garden, they both ended up at the back of an old shed at the bottom of mum's garden.

The Queenie flew off into the old corner shed, and Daisy eagerly followed through the old creaking door. Daisy had always been a dreamer. She watched the Queenie buzzing around, wondering what it must be like to fly with her through the air.

Taking a deep breath, Daisy approached Queenie the bee and asked if she could help her learn how to fly. Queenie smiled kindly at her and said, "Of course, I can!"

Queenie took Daisy's paw. Are you ready? Then not before long, they were soaring high above the garden together! It was more impressive than anything Daisy had ever experienced - even better than sitting in her garden watching the grass grow! As they flew around, fills of laughter echoed through the air.

At the same time, mum came into the garden and looked up in amazement; she then called on dad to come quick; Queenie had come to visit Daisy, there flying around the garden, nervously they both watched as Daisy and Queenie soared above the flowers and plants as if nothing else mattered.

After what seemed like hours but was only minutes later, mum and dad eagerly called on Daisy and Queenie, saying it was time for their journey back down again. After their fun-filled adventure around the garden, they both landed safely on the ground.

Queenie then greeted mum, and dad said how lovely to see you both again before flying off; Daisy waved goodbye as her old friend prepared to buzz back home with her bounty of nectar.

But just before Queenie left, another surprise awaited them - Clover! The friendly sheep Daisy had met with mum and dad on their walk along the cliff tops at Ballintoy, on the North coast of Northern Ireland.

Clover had been in the nearby field visiting some old friends who had been watching Daisy and Queenie fly through the garden and decided to join them by paying them a surprise visit!

It's Clover shouted Daisy, all excited; wagging her tail, she ran over to Clover and hugged her; oh, I'm so happy to see you, look mum look, dad, it's Clover, with big smiles; they all cheered!

We're pleased to see you again said mum and dad, Clover seemed just as happy by all the excitement as much as Daisy was. So together, Daisy Clover and Queenie explored every corner of mum and dad's garden until finally, evening came around again and brought their happy experiences together to an end.

Time to go now, Queenie and Clover said; well, we have to head back to the hive and the field before dark. They said, "Goodbye, Daisy, Goodbye mum, dad, setting off on their journey back.

The next morning Daisy awoke and looked out the window, then made her way out into mums garden; she sat down listening to the bumblebees buzzing nearby and the sheep in the field; she remembered fondly all the fun she had flying with Queenie and exploring the garden with Clover loving that magical feeling, there was something about that flight with Queenie she will never forget that's lovingly embedded within her heart.

Proving once again why hopes and dreams are essential for us all... they are the zest of life.
